My Houston Pro Terms and Conditions

Please Take Your Time & Read It


My Houston Pro will make every effort to be as accurate and complete as possible in our project estimates. In order to write an accurate estimate, we must know the exact specifications the job entails. In some cases, a range estimate will be given, based on knowledge of project at the time. Minor revisions are anticipated, but major design/content changes may go beyond the scope of the estimate. The client’s approval will be obtained for any increases in fees or expenses that exceed the original estimate by 10%. Final fees and expenses will be detailed in our invoices. Estimates are valid for 15 days from date of estimate. 


My Houston Pro will offer you a 5% discount on top of your invoiced price from another competitor, you simply forward or send me the invoice so I can view what's included and what your paying for, please make sure it includes the material type, warranty, design cost, turn around time, and any additional information that is necessary to complete your project. We will beat all Print Shops, Wrap Shops, Sign Shops in the Houston and Surrounding Areas.


All artwork created by My Houston Pro, remains property of My Houston Pro, unless you are buying the design master files. You are not allowed to take our "mock ups" or designs to another company for printing without our written consent form being summited and the order created for the master files.

» 1. Dimensions: At least 300 DPI » 2. Color Mode: CMYK » 3. Units: Inches » 4. Cut lines » Bleeds - A  bleed is anything being printed that extends beyond the cut lines.  Bleeds are necessary whenever you want something to extend beyond the  trim edge, leaving no white margin. » Outline text - This  is a pretty basic rule when it comes to design, but it is often  overlooked. Since there’s no way to ensure that a print shop will have  all the fonts you use in your design, it’s best to make sure any text  used is converted to outlines.


The client will be ultimately responsible for final approval of all comps, including the checking of typos and misspellings. Along with image quality and color matching *if required. It is important to make all final corrections before the project either goes to the printer to avoid delays and additional fees. My Houston Pro will not be held liable for any work that has received final approval. You can request a pantone color in person, bring your color you'd like to match, an additional fee may apply depending on the work you are getting done. No additional changes can be made after you reply "Approve for Printing" or " I Approve".


50% of the estimated project cost before work begins and the remaining 50% upon project completion. Your Deposit can not be reimbursed or moved to a new project. All Payments are Final. There are no reprints after approving your final design, There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, money back guarantee, etc. 


Your balance is due immediately after the completion of the installation, it's not due upon pick up of your property or after upper management verifies the work. A $35 late fee will be added to your invoice for any payment received after 7:00PM CT Time on the day of your installation or completion of your project. If you would like to let the upper management verify the work, you could simply request a 24hr payment delay for an additional $20 that will be added to your invoice.


If you are getting a Vehicle Wrap or Food Truck/Trailer Wrap we have a special $50 design fee. We will design your wrap and allow you to make changes, after you approve the design you can then pay the 50% deposit for the project, this gives you a chance to start the project for $50 vs the immediate 50% deposit. This fee is non-refundable.


In the event of cancellation of a project, the ownership of all copyrights and original artwork, including sketches, PDF files of layouts, and any other mockups, shall be retained by My Houston Pro. Any usage by the client of any of the project elements will result in appropriate legal action. A $50 cancellation fee shall be paid by the client in addition to the following.

The cancellation fee is as follows:

1. Deposit and All Payments are Non-Refundable, and All Sales Are Final

(i/e; You begin a project and pay the initial deposit and we have yet to begin the design work, and then decide you no longer want the work done)

2. 50% of total project fee for preliminary work, concepts, or comps;

(i/e; You begin a project and pay the initial deposit, and we do any graphic design work, but then you decide you no longer want the work done)

3. 75% of total project fee after preliminary work but before completion 

(i/e; You begin project, approve design, we do the printing, but we have not yet installed it, and you decide you no longer want the work done) 

4. 100% of total project fee for completed work regardless of final approval.

(i/e; The installation is complete but you are unsatisfied with the final result for what ever reason, you would still need to pay the remaining balance and then make a claim immediately after your invoice has been paid in full)


My Houston Pro does not provide any type of permits, permits are only required if they are electrical signs or if you are located in certain areas. You may want to contact Houston Sign Administration or Harris County Sign Permitting. They can assist you with a permit, being that you are the business owner you don't need a special license to obtain it. You can then purchase a sign and complete the installation yourself or we can do it once you have your permit or can install without one. We will not be responsible if you are fined or have to remove your signs, the removal process will have an additional cost. For window graphcis certain areas in the city of Houston will only allow up to a 20% area to be used for advertising, so a full window coverage is not available to all.


All turn around times are estimated and are not guaranteed, unless you have an order with paid rush production included in your invoice.

Any delay in the completion of a project due to external forces beyond our control (such as unusual transportation delays, unforeseen problems at a vendor site, computer/Internet related issues, holidays, bad road conditions, Acts of God, etc.), or actions and negligence of the client (i.e., content delivery delays), shall entitle My Houston Pro to extend the completion/delivery date, upon notifying the client, by the time equivalent of such a delay without penalty. ​ Turn Around Times Do Not Include Your Design Time, Installation or Delivery. 

Design: 2hrs, 4hrs, 8hrs - From $0 up to $100 Charge.

Installations: +24hrs After Your Estimated Turn Around Time

Delivery: +24hrs After Your Estimated Turn Around Times

Day 1 of Turn Around Time Starts The Day You Approve your Design and Make Your Deposit before 2:00PM.

So if you approve your design and make your deposit after 2pm, day 1 of your turn around time will be the following business day.

Example 1: You get a quote Monday at 10am for a banner, you view your design concept and approve at Noon. You Make your Deposit before 2pm. Your Turn Around Time is 1-2 Business Days. Your order will be ready as soon as Tuesday 6pm or Wednesday 10am. (For Pick Up) and if you selected delivery it will be delivered as soon as Wednesday 7pm. If you selected installation it will be delivered and installed as soon as Thursday 9am.

Example 2: You get a quote Monday at 10am for a banner, you view your design concept and approve at 1pm. You Make your Deposit after 2pm. Your Turn Around Time is 1-2 Business Days. Your order will be ready as soon as Wednesday 6pm or Thursday 10am. (For Pick Up) and if you selected delivery it will be delivered as soon as Thursday 7pm. If you selected installation it will be delivered and installed as soon as Friday 9am.

Your order will be ready as soon as Thursday 6pm or Friday 10am. (For Pick Up) and if you selected delivery it will be delivered as soon as Monday 9am. If you selected installation it will be delivered and installed as soon as Tuesday 9am. *Keep in mind you can schedule a weekend installation for an additional cost.

The sooner you contact me and complete your quote, we can begin on additional options and begin the design mock up. If you are in a time crunch or deadline, no matter what day it's going to be, it's always best to contact me asap, as there could be delays out of my control with material, weather, connectivity, other commitments, etc.


In order to deliver the highest quality and competitive rates, My Houston Pro does have certain minimum order requirements.

Any and All Minimum Order is $100. Solid Wrap Minimum Charge: $300. Marketing Material or Custom Apparel Minimum Order: $300.


This is the only product that is outsourced by My Houston Pro since no one operates their own offset printing. I don't have any control of the Turn Around Times, prices, qty, etc. It's all set by the company here in Houston, many of the top companies in Houston all use the same supplier for printing marketing material. Marketing material such as Postcards, Business Cards, Door Hangers are only available to purchase to My Houston Pros ACTIVE members.


Certain products such as window decals, or banners are available for same day rush production without a fee. You must order and approve your design by 1pm, and pick up your order same day at 6pm. I don't currently offer anything faster at this moment.


Only available to members and only available for banners. You can literally order any day or time of the year, you only pay a flat $20 rush production fee during after hours.


We will wipe down and clean all vehicles and property with alcohol before your installation, it does not include a pressure washing or detailing of your vehicle, please bring your property washed and cleaned of all dirt, oil, glues, or an additional pre-wash fee will be added to your invoice, usually from $25-$50 /ea.


The Installation part will be added to your invoice, the installation is based on your location being with in the 15 mile radius, if your distance is further then an  additional Trip Charge will be added to your invoice. If you are getting a vehicle wrap, trailer wrap, or anything that can be brought to My Houston Pro, the installation has to be done in My Houston Pros Shop.


Installation days are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm For Any After Hours Installations or Holiday Installations an additional Installation Convenience Fee Will Be Added to your Invoice. Usually an extra $40-$100 each day.


If you require an installation at your place two different things will happen 1. Additional Mobile Installation Fee will be added to your invoice, usually from $40-$60. 2. Your Warranty is cut in half due to the different installation environment and convenience.


My Houston Pro will travel the entire Texas Region! First 15 Miles are included free of charge, 15+miles are as follows; $1.50 per mile up to 100 miles and $2.00 per mile up to 300 miles. The fee is added to your final invoice and is due upon completion of the project.

You must report any defects or problems immediately when it happens or your warranty won't be valid!

100% Replacement with in 180 days of installation. Includes, Material and Labor 

After 180 Days your Warranty is limited and you will be responsible for paying for the removal, re-installation and/or a travel charge. The warranty at this point covers the ink, vinyl, laminate.

After 365 Days your project has no warranty and will require full payment to repair any failures. No exceptions.

•Signs, Printing, Window Graphics Warranty •

You must report any defects or problems immediately when it happens or your warranty won't be valid!

This covers installation errors, peeling, fading, you must report the problem with in 24-48hrs in order to avoid further damages and voiding the warranty.

100% Replacement with in 90 days of installation. Includes, Material and Labor 

Discounted Rate before 180 days on complete replacements. No warranty or discount after 180 days of installation.

•Pro Warranty/Guarantee/Coverage •

For a monthly fee we will come out and check on your wrap once a month, repair any defects or  trouble/problem area. This will guarantee your wrap to be properly maintained and cared  for. Prices depend on project but will be +/- $20-$25/mo. One year minimum coverage is required. (auto billed monthly)

• Free Promo Items•

From time to time I may offer a free banners, cards, magnets, or something along the way. These items can take between 3-5 days to be fulfilled after your work order has been closed out and picked up/installed.


Certain Local Delivery Fees are available to certain areas and that information can be found here.

Free Local Delivery is Available on Orders over $150 before taxes with in a 10 mile radius. Mon-Fri either 9am, 1pm, or 7pm. View Here

Long Distance Deliveries of 25+ miles are only available on Wednesdays. No after hour deliveries unless your a member.

  • Pay the remaining balance before you arrive or before you leave the pick up location. If paying in cash please bring the exact amount.

  • When you arrive at the location, simply park in the driveway or in the ditch area as you'd like, I will see you and bring the items out in 1-3 minutes. Please feel free to text me "I'm here" when you arrive.​

Our Pick Up Location (Residential Property as of 4/2020)

  • Located on the corner property. It has a wooden fence on the corners and black mesh on the driveway gates, along with sheet metal fence on the left side of the property. You will see a metal sign on the ditch with our name and a temporary banner on the fence when you arrive for pick up.

  • We are on the right hand side of the Red Warehouse Building (Exclusive Body Shop) and we are across the street from the small shopping center that has a U-Do Washateria, Hair Salon, Corner Store. (not located by tint shop, mechanic, or Clio Beauty School)

  • Best to use Google Maps for Directions instead of Iphone Maps marker.

If the client wishes to make additional uses of the work, client shall seek permission from My Houston Pro and pay an additional fee to be agreed upon.


Written approval or a signature on this document from you, the client, or payment of an invoice issued as a result of a quote or estimate, indicates authorization from your company to proceed with the project at the terms described within this document. You are stating that you are a legally authorized representative and are committing to pay for all fees incurred in the production of this project and that you agree to the terms laid out here.

• Uploaded Images • 

You agree that you alone are responsible for making sure that the quality of the image you are uploading is of high enough quality to be satisfactory to you at the size you select on the sign or product that you are purchasing. Images are created and stored in a variety of ways and you agree that My Houston Pro is not responsible for ensuring quality images for any image file format available on the Web Site. Your images should be set at the estimated print size and adjusted to 300dpi and exported as cmyk colors.

Before you make any public comments or disappointment about anything you have received from My Houston Pro, You agree to contact us and allow us 3-4 business days to come up with a solution, you also agree to wait between 3-7 business days before the work can be done. 100% Customer is always our priority, please allow us to make things right for you. 


My Houston Pro shall not be responsible for failure or delay of performance if caused by an act of war, hostility, or sabotage, acts of God, electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage that is not caused by us, government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other license), or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Legal Disclosure

•These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all prior oral or written agreements and understandings, and any and all contemporaneous oral agreements and understandings between you and My Houston Pro regarding the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.

By using any website, domain, service, application or product owned or operated by My Houston Pro or signing up as a client or user of any Service, you agree to be legally bound by the Terms of Use (Referred to herein as “Terms“), including those terms and conditions incorporated by reference. My Houston Pro reserves the right to update these terms; therefore, you should check this page periodically. My Houston Pro is sometimes referred to in these Terms as “us”, “we”, “our” and similar verbiage. References herein to a Service shall be deemed to include all text, images, photographs, user interface, “look” and “feel”, data and other content related to such Service wherever the context of the applicable reference so warrants.

•You acknowledge and agree that we shall have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion, to pre-screen, refuse or remove any project and/or user provided content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, including, without limitation, projects or content that are illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites religious, racial or ethnic hatred, or violates the rights of others. Activity that is brought to our attention which appears in our sole judgment to violate the law will be brought to the attention of the proper authorities. You acknowledge, consent and agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect our rights, property, or safety of the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

Eligibility Requirements: To do business with My Houston Pro , you must be at least 18 years of age, agree to these Terms and our privacy policy (located at By doing business with My Houston Pro as a Client, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements, that the information you provided My Houston Pro as part of the process is complete and accurate and, if you are doing business on behalf of an entity, that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. We may accept or reject your business in our sole discretion.

My Houston Pro may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion without any notification.

All sections of this Agreement which, by their nature, should, shall survive termination including payment, indemnity and the disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability.
